Referral Program works:
With your first referral you will
receive a complimentary take-home whitening system. Each
additional referral to the practice afterwards will earn you
a dinner gift card to a local restaurant or a $25 credit to
your account—you choose!
In addition to this, we are
also currently running our Patient Referral Game. From April
01, 2010 to December 31, 2010, every time we welcome a
patient to the practice that you have referred, you will be
entered into a drawing for a chance to win some very
exciting prizes. Drawings will be held three times
