office and they become a patient of ours, we would like to
give you a little gift in appreciation. Upon the first
referral you make who comes to see us, you will receive a
complimentary take-home whitening system or a $25 credit to
your account-you choose! With every additional referral you
will receive a free bleach refill or another $25 credit!
